Custom Order Policy
At Sippin' Aura, many of our products are handmade and personalized, which makes each order unique. To ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings, please review our Custom Order Policy before placing an order.
1. Customization Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering custom products, including:
- Spelling of names or text
- Color selections
- Design choices
- Placement instructions
Please double-check all details before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2. Design Proof & Approval
- For certain custom orders, a design proof may be provided via email.
- Customers must review and approve the proof before production begins. Approval confirms that spelling, colors, placement, and design details are correct.
- Once approved, no changes can be made.
- Some orders may not receive a proof, in which case we will create the design based on the submitted order information.
- Minor adjustments may be made by Sippin' Aura to ensure the best visual appearance, including text size, spacing, alignment, and placement.
3. Handmade Product Disclaimer
All custom orders are handmade, which may result in slight variations from product photos:
- Rhinestone placement
- Text alignment
- Glitter or color shading
- Overall design spacing
These variations are normal and not considered defects.
4. Custom Order Final Sale
Because custom items are made specifically for each customer:
- Custom/personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
- Refunds for dissatisfaction with design placement, color variation, or minor imperfections will not be issued.
5. Shipping & Local Pickup
Processing Times:
- Standard handmade items: 3–7 business days
- Custom/personalized items: 5–10 business days
Local Pickup:
- Available by contacting sales@sippinaura.com prior to checkout to receive a special pickup code.
- If you already placed your order, shipping costs can be refunded for pickup.
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup along with pickup instructions.
Shipping Disclaimer:
- Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Sippin' Aura is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
