Because our items are handmade and often custom-created, we have a limited return policy. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item:

Is unused and in its original condition

Is returned in the original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Custom & Personalized Items
Items that are customized, personalized, or made to order (including names, colors, or design requests) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in the customization.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
