This website is operated by Sippin' Aura. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sippin' Aura. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site including customers, vendors, and visitors.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many of our items are handmade and custom created, which means each item may have slight variations.

Because of the handmade process, the following may vary slightly from product photos:

  • Color shades
  • Glitter placement
  • Rhinestone placement
  • Text placement
  • Design alignment

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are made according to the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the following information is entered correctly when placing an order:

  • Spelling of names or text
  • Design selections
  • Color selections
  • Placement instructions

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

Text and Design Placement

Design placement examples shown on product images are examples only. Actual placement may vary slightly depending on:

  • Cup size
  • Length of name or text
  • Design spacing
  • Overall design balance

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to ensure the best overall appearance of the final product.

Product Care

Handmade tumblers and rhinestone products require proper care.  Unless otherwise stated:

  • Hand wash only
  • Do not soak
  • Do not place in dishwasher
  • Do not place in microwave

Improper care may damage the product.

Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues, but we will assist customers with filing claims when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

Sippin' Aura shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on the website.
