Processing Time

All items are handmade and processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Custom or personalized items: 5–10 business days depending on design complexity

Processing time does not include shipping time.

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies depending on the carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that these are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are typically shipped via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you need assistance, we are happy to help you start a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup 

Local pickup is available. Please contact sales@sippinaura.com prior to checkout to receive a special code for local pickup.

If you have already placed your order, please email us and we will refund the shipping cost for pickup orders.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.
