1. Custom Orders
Q: Can I customize my tumbler or cup?
A: Yes! Many of our items are handmade and can be personalized with names, colors, designs, and placement options. Please double-check all spelling and customization details before placing your order. Personalized items are made exactly as entered and cannot be changed once production begins.
Q: Do I get a design proof before my order is made?
A: For certain custom orders, we provide a design proof via email. You must review and approve the proof before production begins. Once approved, no changes can be made. Some orders may not require a proof; in these cases, we create the design based on your submitted information.
Q: Can I cancel or change my custom order?
A: Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production begins. Please contact us immediately at sales@sippinaura.com if you need to request a change — we may be able to accommodate it if production hasn’t started yet.
2. Handmade Product Details
Q: Will my item look exactly like the picture?
A: Because all our items are handmade, slight variations in color, glitter, rhinestone placement, or text alignment are normal. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Q: How do I care for my handmade tumbler or rhinestone cup?
A: To preserve your tumbler:
- Hand wash only
- Do not soak
- Do not use a dishwasher or microwave
- Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals
Improper care may damage your product.
3. Shipping & Local Pickup
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Processing time for handmade items:
- Standard items: 3–7 business days
- Custom/personalized items: 5–10 business days
Shipping time is additional:
- Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Priority: 2–3 business days
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! Please contact sales@sippinaura.com prior to checkout to receive a special code for local pickup. If you already placed your order, we can refund your shipping costs. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup and provided with pickup instructions.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
A: Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We cannot change the address once your order has shipped.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a custom or personalized item?
A: No, custom and personalized items are final sale. Returns or refunds are only issued if the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Q: What if I received the wrong item?
A: Please email sales@sippinaura.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. We’ll correct the mistake promptly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
